Hunt HP Increase did Virtually Nothing

Which in the end, Fighting/blacklisting for pulling/tons of reports made to SE/name calling/threats you name it will continue to occur. If this kind of thing were to be controlled somehow, I would agree with you about telling people about it. SE does need to do some tweaking/changes to make this more friendlier.

As much as it would defeat the purpose of the hunt, I suggest something like this to be implemented:

- Get a limited amount of Weekly hunt tickets ( 5-7 tickets)
- Those helping you out on your hunting ticket receives half the marks you normally get if you had a ticket on you.
- Rank S can stay as is if they really wanted too, since spawning conditions are quite harsh I am hearing that it will take you awhile to even pop it.

Ultimately, I think they need to alter contribution calculations & I had one other great idea.

Add a quest to unlock ability "Tag Mark", once a Mark is tagged, you & party members who get at least 1 hit in against the Mark are entitled to full-credit.

Call it your due reward for being the finder. Once tagged, the Mark is immune for 2 minutes to provide time for your party to collect. Afterward, the Mark is Tag-immune for another 3 minutes but able to be attacked by anyone.

So you can claim your Marks in this manner. Ineffective against S-Ranks.

There even better macro for late entries - /ac "Benediction" <tt>
Just don't forget tag NM with Aero.
And more common combo is Aero -> Swiftcast -> Medica2, just 2.5 second for a lot of aggro. Spamming Medica1 under divine seal after that often yields you a lockout aggro and chance to reset if some of your party members still away.

The finder party still have problem with credit? You should work either on something about gear or get more balanced setup (i.e. tanks and healers helps alot).

I was thinking something slightly along the same lines actually, but instead tagging a mark gives you and your party the right to pull the mob. This blocks antsy people and trolls from pulling early when you wanted to wait. I've been in multiple marks where I was the first to find the thing, I shouted to let people know and shouted a time I would pull at... and entire minutes early some dragoon goes zooming past me and facerolls the mark.

I disagree with the primary post however. In fact if you actually deign to read the patch notes it says they relaxed the contribution requirements for full credit. And it's definitely, definitely noticeable now how much additional HP the mobs have. A-ranks get a full minute or more now, and B-ranks actually have time now to get off a technique or two.

I read the Patch Notes. Try it for yourself, they didn't relax contrib credit like they said. The health is noticeable but it does nothing in terms of helping credit unless you're using gimmicky overheal tactics.

Now, overhealing is a legit strat don't get me wrong... it's just very poor design isn't it?
