SE, Stop promoting AFK gameplay.

Prefer the random atma fate grind to the specific ones tied to the books. At least with the low % drop rate you can pick and choose the fates to a degree (some are very difficult to solo), and you can keep trying until it drops, with the bonus of gil and GC seals for your efforts. Wasting game time simply sat waiting for pops is frustrating to say the least.

Except you are not making any Novus weapons without putting up with all the nonsense mind numbing and ridiculous content from the atma+animus grind.

Atma was a fun relaxing grind to do when there was nothing else (and you still got atma pretty quickly compared to prev. MMO grinds), and I don't see anything wrong with the myth book grind, especially now due to buffs to how many you gain.

farm t5

Farm levi ex

go do 2nd coil

Farm ramuh ex

farm ST for a tome drop

those have significant stuff and doesn't require you to kill lvl 5 sprites or afk. SE gave you options 6 options to get an ilvl 95+ wep and YOU choose to do the one with the most tedious grind involved.

What does "self entitlement" have to do with complaining about an aspect of the game you don't like. Is this how you counter trolls have evolved? At least I come here to point out what I like and what I don't like, what's your reason to be here? To insult random people? I can see one of us being pathetic and it's not me.

May we at least concede that the relic upgrade is boring, unchallenging and in the end a simple myth grind?
With 2.3 I have to agree with Legacy that Ramuh and ST are propably the best sources for a good weapon (unless you can farm T9).

At least SE is fully aware of how much the community dislikes FATE camping and is taking actions to ease it some.
From the 2.3 Patch Notes:

The FATEs "Run Like a Flame" and "Taken" have been relocated.
With this change, these two FATES can now occur at the same time.

The chance of a FATE occurring will increase the more time passes since its last occurrence, increasing the overall frequency of FATEs.

Calm down with the victimization. People throw entitlement because so many people QQed about atma and demanded nerfs when there were other ways to get weapons, yet for some reason "IT MUST BE NERFED because I can't do it". It appears entitled.
