cant loot on cyrcus this week???

So... did you try doing ST a second time or what? Do you know if this bug is persistent? I've done ST 6 times and have had the opportunity to roll every time so if you haven't already I think you should try and confirm that you still cannot roll on anything.

hmm i reloged, but didnt try to redo it. i will try that tomorrow, but if it says that i looted something this week it will be permanent for this week i think :( or for every week ...

You're making an assumption there.. considering you're the only person who seems to be effected by it I would make another assumption that either it's a bug or you have looted something. If it was a bug then it may not occur again and you're better off trying it out than ignoring it in case it happens again down the line somewhere. Please let us know once you've tried a second time since I'm sure a few of us will be on the lookout for this now as well.

nop, i cant loot anything and on duty finder says that i have won a item allready.

3 days and 0 answers from square, and they even moved my posts on bug forum to- not a bug report- and to insuficient information one.

So they read my posts, but dont wana do anything, i can understand that this isnt a game braking thing, only 1 week ( i hope this dont be permanent) wihout loot, but this isnt my fault!!
i payed for a game, loged in, and cant loot because a BUG and i dont deserve any compensation for it, square even thinks they can ignore me and do nothing

You said you submitted a ticket and said that they wouldn't do anything because it was a bug....but what did they say?

no, they didnt reply me anything, they read the bug erports because they moved them to diferent irrelevant sections. so i think they should have read them before

They likely moved it because it's been posted already. The bug forum has a rule against having the same bug posted across multiple threads.

This means you didn't give them enough information to go on. Since you are the only one with a problem, the information that you provided isn't enough to test it. Your best bet is to just wait a week and try again. If the problem persists then submit another bug report and explain that this is the second time it's happened in a row.

Is English your native language? If not then it might be best to use your native language. If it is, make sure it's worded well (from your forum posts you don't seem able to type in proper and understandable English.) or get someone to help you type it up.
