It's certainly random, but equipping them with better gear increases someone's chances even if it's only a little.

At least there's an actual housing market now.

Wait... Mog Weapons from retainer ventures? I didn't knew that was possible! o_O so... If I get this right, I just have to equip my retainer with some decent gear and send her in Quick Ventures?

Back on Topic: I knew this would happen but I was a derp and didn't bought anything so now I'll be stuck with an empty room if I ever buy one. :P

I doubt this.

One of the first things my retainers brought back from Quick Exploration was the HQ Garuda couch. They were below level 20.

Yeah, I got the Mog DRG weapon from a quick venture, it was amazing. Mostly it's furniture or fish though.
