Most of BLM, cast sleep, or instant sleep, and then afk watching ennemy sleep and wait to sleep them again.
Good BLM are not sleeping all the time, they use instant spell, run and use over CC like slow / root.

Its like everything, there is the good player and the bad player. Easier to find bad player than good anyway, it's why SOLO Q suxx
