Click on Support, at the bottom you'll see in the "questions" section - "how to report RMT"....click on it, next click on "ask a question" copy paste the tell you received, giving server, area and time...send. You will receive a message from GM within 10 mins thanking you for report and telling you that you can delete that name from your blacklist. That way it keeps your blacklist empty except for genuinely annoying/toxic players.
I report most RMT spammers and only a couple minutes later I get a message back saying I can delete them, I do, and don't get a single new /tell from them. If you want them out of the game quick, then they have to be reported.
I went through just the other day and removed every single name from my blacklist and didnt see any familiar names returning.
^post above: you also dont even have to give time or area. Just the name, server and copy/paste their message and its done
What I want is that I can delete my whole blacklist in 1 click
