Cowls should not be displayed if you have hide headgear option on

Okay editing my first post but the reason why my girlfriend asked this was because her dad was playing and he couldn't do the level 5 quest to turn in armor because he only had a cowl. I know, easily fixed by putting on a headpiece, BUT the cowl should at least count as a headpiece as well as body for the level 5 gear quest?

Yeah, it's annoying. They should count the cannot equip... items as more than one for ilevel purposes.

They do as far as I know. The problem for him is that the quest wants you fully equipped, but doesnt count cowl as head and body.

That's true, but in this case they really did respond saying;


Future gear will be considered with multiple options for cowls.

The WHM AF's current model WILL NOT be revised.

Yeah I wish those people would just /end. Lol anyways forgot the whole aesthetics thing. Being able to turn in the level 5 quest is more important IMO.

I am more than certain they have a "priority list" when it comes to pumping out contents. You sound like we're not gonna get anything new simply because they're redesigning how cowl works. They take their time, they don't have to work on it immediately. But it should be part of their to-do list at the very least (if they like the idea).
