Did everyone's Titan lamps stop glowing/spinning?

None of the non-EX primals items light up.
Always has been this way.

Before 2.28 the normal mode titan lamp did glow, now its dull with no light

and yes the Cragsoul LAMP (being that its a LAMP) did glow before 2.28
