Why exclude people from Chocobo raising?

I get what the issue is, but after listening to his comment about Free Company content from the 1st live letter, I'm glad that he's not letting "small" or "intimate" Free Companies (and/or linkshells) hold back creation of content and privileges for the rest.

While I think they took the size of FCs to the extreme in terms of FC content from the live letter day 1 (FC with minimum members versus 200 member FC); saying that they wouldn't make content or fights that could be attempted by larger FCs ("200-man") because there exist small FCs that could not attempt the same feat sort of felt like content is being held back due to "have-nots."

To be fair, that particular question was somewhat misconstrued to only focus on "content for large FCs" rather than "content larger FCs can enter together (read: server-side Crystal Towers)." But aside from that, I welcome the new perks to Free Company houses. If you're going to argue against the new Chocobo Stables, you might as well start with Gardening, which was released prior.

Saying that because you're not in a FC and being denied this sort of "content," is somewhat petty because it is easily remedied.

They are going to make it available to everyone who has no housing in the future,

nothing is stopping people from doing anything but themselves. Don't have a house? Be a team and save gil to contribute. I can't even tell you how many maps my FC ran in order to save up for our medium house. Nobody said things would be easy.

Also in interview said something about adding more (Specific term Further advancing), so possible requirement for new skills not available in initial companion leveling.

Chocobo coloring is purely cosmetic and will be targeted for release in 2.35

There seems to be many people who are too eager to do things alone. They want their own house, they want their own stables. What is the game going to look like with that behavior, people just sit in their homes and queue DF all day? It is not healthy for the game to let people just sit by themselves and be able to do everything, I'm glad they're making these things functions of the FC so to disencourage anti-social behavior and tbh I hope personal housing never comes out.

Or maybe they just dont like to rely on others - who have rights in your FC and who is just a normal member, allowed to contribute and can do nothing more?

People talk about how money is the blocking point for FC's to have houses (especially for smaller FC's) but what about the limit to actual land available? I was starting to save up for a small FC house in Limsa but there's no land left. Every single plot in every single ward is taken. They said somewhere in the past that they would add ONE more plot to each of the cities soon but how long will that last? There's a heck of a lot of FC's out there and they simply can't all fit unless they go back to their original plan of adding new wards as old ones fill up.

As for chocobos without stables via chocobo porters, remember they only said some aspects of it, not the whole thing. I interpret that to mean the chocobo you're raising lives in your own stable on your own property but perhaps you can check on its status and things like that via the porters. In other words, not a solution for those without their own land.

My FC has like 10 active members and we have a house. None of us are rich either.

I'm here scratching my head wondering why it's so hard to join an FC? I know some people who joined an FC just for the perks and not talk to anyone at all.
