Instanced Raid boss loot: any knowledge on drops yet?

Stats for that Axe... ~ got this axe from a huge scorpion, but it was in the S room.

Got R50 Mage shoes from the first chest in Dzemeal Darkhold.

Warlock Patterns. I forget all the stats, but:
INT +3
Magic Potency +3

I want that damned Bliaud though...
