actually, SCH benefits more from these bonus points with MND than SMN does with INT so you might want to keep that in mind if you play both. I tried both ways and noticed the biggest boost to SCH and hardly any drop with SMN without them

mind you as so boldly pointed out these bonus points really aren't needed but they help SCH more noticably

Great discussions by all. I have all my points in MIND and feel that I am still an effective SMN. But considering I main SCH, I could not split stats. However, I do always have lots of GC seals to spend, so I may start doing that if I feel that I will play SMN for an extended period of time.
