Pretty sure it still happens because you can do it on a healer or tank and the worst that will happen is you have to deal with DPS queue times off peak hours for a single dungeon.

I haven't seen it before except once a week maybe. Now it has happend 5 times out 10 since the patch. so I was wondering if they changed something in the patch that benefitted the leavers.
