BLM Stardust Rod Novus's Stats choices

Are u sure that u can infuse more than 2 secondary stats to scroll?

I was thinking 31 Det 44 crit, but 44 crit and 31 ss would be nice too, dont think i'd touch parry, piety etc..

Yeah if you wanted you could have 44 Crit 21 Ss, and 10 determination...

Or... 44 Crit, 12 spell speed, 11 determination and 8 Piety...

So many decisions... I like the sound of 44 crit though, because even the High Allagan only has 32 crit on it... Then a man with high allagan would look at you and be like... I wish I had 44 crit lol... There's so many decisions to make, but with those stats I'd be satisfied until i got my High Allagan until its time to upgrade the Novus.

Wow. Then yeah, by all means, do it. That 251 pie is a bigger dps increase than any other secondary stat gives.

Wonder if there's a tier of pie past 251 that'd be equally worth it? Hmmm...

Isn't DET quite a good choice in this situation? If I remember correctly there's always less DET on items because DET has a higher stat "value" in how it contributes to your damage. Since you can only have a limited amount of stats on the weapon, and DET is of higher "worth" doesn't that mean you need less DET to see the same returns on damage? (in theory). So you could max DET (22 points?) and it is worth roughly 44 of another stat. So you in fact get more than 75 stat points worth of value if you use DET... does that make any sense?

I'm sure they made the system so that it's # of a stat or # x 2/3 det. I'm sure piety wouldn't be 1/1 either.

I'm holding onto my alexanderite for the time being. I'm still not sure which two stats I want to pump into it, but I'm thinking SS > Crit. I just don't want to start adding points to it only to change my mind later and have to grind for the alexanderite I've lost because of my indecisiveness...

I'm currently thinking of 44 SS, 27 Crit and 4 Piety (to get to 244, so 251 with a SCH), but I'm going to hold off on infusing for now.

SE do weight DET higher than other secondary stats, but it's not generally considered to be the best secondary stat for BLM due to lack of scaling, I believe?

Det is still 1/1 even though its weighed higher. Personally im going 44 Crit, 22 Det, and 9 of either accuracy or spell speed, depends on my gear at that point.

so, DET is definitely better than Speed or Cit?
was thinking Speed and Crit is higher rated?

It's not definitely better than Speed or Cirt. It's depend how much INT you have. The more INT you have then DET effect more less. So if I even made a stardust novus. I will just go 44 CRIT and 31 ACC personally.
or 44 CRIT + 31 SS if I get more HA gear to cover the acc issue.
