I'll go for either DET+PIE or DET+CRIT on WHM, depending on how my MP feels when I get to try T9. :)

Given those numbers I'd either do PIE/DET/CRIT or CRIT/DET. This will depend on if we can do 3 stats to get to the 75 or just choose 2.
Might look into ACC depending on what my ACC is at when I get to that point. I don't think I'll be able to get it high enough to hit even with +11.
I am going to get the Thyrus Novus at a snail's pace. Don't really wanna dump 1300 soldiery into a Yagrush, especially because we all need sands on the actual gears. At any rate, those 2ndaries would be what I am gunning for - namely, DET+PIE. I have the High Allagan Grimoire of Healing on my main-spec so I'll be skipping that entirely and just taking my sweet time with the Thyrus.
Hopefully i can stack vit? :/
If not then i'll settle for piety or mind.
Crit till max then Det
Scholar main going Crit/Det. No point in piety even if you are thinking you will go OM in t9 ... You dont.
If we can get three slots. I'll do Max crit and go 50/50 on DET and PIE.
That's probably not how it's going to work. Determination takes up more item budget than crit/skill/spell/parry, which is why the cap is lower (same for piety, though not quite as bad). That means that if you choose to put 31 points in Determination, you likely will only be able to put in about 31 points of Spell Speed. If you choose to put in 44 points of Spell Speed, you likely will only be able to put in about 20-22 points of Determination. Think of it like this. You get $75 to spend on stats. Crit and Spell Speed cost $1 per point, and the merchant only has 44 of them in stock. Determination costs about $1.41 and the merchant only has 31 of them in stock.
I'm not CERTAIN that's the case, but it seems likely given how all the other items in the game get determination at about 2/3 the rate of other stats.
