in EST 5-8:30 pm.

The last few updates have been about 2 hour downtimes with the patcher starting up about halfway into it. As this is a 3 and a half hour downtime, I can't say whether it will be at the halftime or an hour in.

Patch notes will usually also come up sometime during this window. The closer to the beginning the better for me to drool over! Also mining will occur about 30 min after the patcher starts. This is because whoever shows the files needs to have them downloaded and unless they get a good seeded spot their dl will start slow and hold them back from showing things.
