Error code (NP-36147-1)

Same issue on ps4 not letting me in at all :-(

Sony decided to do PSN mantience, which I can only expect is because of Watch Dogs releaseing today. I noticed I got the same error as everyone else in XIV and also coincidentaly can not log into PSN shop either so there we have our answer. Sony deciding to do mantience is somehow screwing us over in this game. ****update*** i can log back in and low and behold the psn shop is back up too. so yeah psn matience is the cause

It's thoroughly broken again. I wish Square would change how/when the launcher check happens, every time a big release comes out - bam PSN store dies and we can't launch XIV even though the main part of PSN is working and so are the game servers.

Took me between 10 and 15 attempts to get past the check - don't relay on the dashboard trying to access PSN as a check, just keep closing/retrying the client.

I was having the same problem also, took about 15 tries. it worked almost immediately after i registered to be able to post on the forums

After 10 failed attempts I clicked on PSN store just too see if it was Live. It was. Then went back to trying to log in and it worked. About 15 tries total. I think this is more of a PSN thing THan SE

Same exact issue for me. I'll try again in 30 min.

I got it earlier when tried logging in I just kept retrying until it let me in
