[Dev 1065] The ability to see attribute fluctuation

This problem has always annoyed the heck out of me since day one XD

Two thumbs up - would read again!

This will be introduced in patch 1.19; when you cast buffs, you'll be able to clearly see the affects on your attributes afterwards.

I hope buffs include everything that changes stats.
