PS4 chat window

Anyone else notice that when you move the chat log to the bottom left corner of the screen and when you prompt the type window (press triangle), part of it gets clipped. For me it goes a bit off to the left of the screen. I can move it with the right analog but its annoying doing it all the time. Is there a way to permanently set the window?

You double-tap and hold on the second tap to drag things.

EDIT: And someone has already said that, guess that's what I get for not reading every post.
