Flashfreeze and Incapacitate: why they should not be related.

Yeah it's a little confusing, the debuff from flashfreeze can knock the buffalo down which is the same as incapping his legs (Lancer skewer can knock him over i've heard) yet i've only actually seen flashfreeze incap heads (skeleton heads, horns etc) - Buffalo horns are different though, they are under Other (Right) and Other (Left).

Flashfreeze can deal damage to any part of the body, but it is driven by the mage's position in relation to the mob.

not sure how, it has just as much a chance to be resisted as say Twisting Vice has a chance to miss, also the side it hits is relevant to where the mage is so not like its AoE will effect both horns.
