which does not help since face target is client side not server side, with natural delay this game have you have to aim infront of the running mobs by holding right mouse button. :)

That solution also does nothing for console players. :/
dont worry standart camera have its problems too, like it forces you to turn your camera and character when you have auto-face ON, only way to avoid this is by constantly turning your camera, with legacy you can just autorun and spam your skills behind you.
this game feels a lot like DAoC where you could exploit "face target" and hit side/back stuns from any position, even here you can easily hit side combos on mobs attacking you. I wonder when they are aware of the lag they didnt implement server side "face target" to compensate for lag like warhammer online did, there noone could LOS you even when they ran straight through you.
this is why i like my tanks in speedruns to stand still, nothing worse than constantly interupted cureII
for DoW jobs, when you start a skill, your character will automatically face the target; and since skills have no casting time, there isn't any problem. However, for DoM jobs, when you cast an offensive spell, your character will not follow on facing the target when they are moving; and since spells have casting time, there is the problem. And heck, the logic doesn't even apply in fantasy games where you have to directly face the target in order to land your spells. Furthermore, the casting spells would not get interrupted right away if the target is out of sight(not until the last moment to determine if it lands or not.) The current situation is bad not only because you have to make sure your character is facing the target while casting, but also the system won't tell you until the last moment when the spell actually lands or not - which results a waste of casting time for nothing.
