Well, I must be the only respectable non pervy lala O.o I just rolled lala because I'm awesome.

I picked Lala because I played Taru in FFXI. The Skirt-O-Vision is just a bonus perk.

i was a lala in 1.0. Here are the reasons I am no longer a lala:

1. Camera angles during battles annoyed me (this is the main reason)
2. I got tired of all the 'upskirts' and 'underboobage' I saw of other players
3. I got tired of the way my clothes never looked very cool on me
4. Lala's do really get an entire different perspective of the game than the 'tall' people. Even the desert of Thalan, is a forest when you're 3 feet tall.

Some of the skirts are so short that even playing as a Roegadyn it's not hard to get an upskirt shot.
