Apparently. Personal Housing can 850k?

Funny I recall almost the same thing being said about FC housing prices right before the community was bent over a barrel.

At that price me and another dude in my FC could combine and buy 20 houses.

Please SE, make this happen...

I need one house dedicated to each primal, k?

Except a price was never quoted back then for FC housing.

I've saved about 2 mil pretty easily...I don't have anything to spend money on really. I'm not a hardcore crafter by any means. 850k is pretty reasonable between all the gil sources nowadays with maps, challenge log, beatmen daillies, roulette bonuses, etc.

If the base is 850K... Mega Mansion here I come! I really hope it is cheap like that though so I can stop saving my gil and start putting it into my FC bank or using it for personal stuff.

Seems fair. While I am nowhere near 850k, I can say that this can at least be a long term goal for me that I can do this patch. That is mostly thanks to the large amounts of Gil you get from completing Challenge Logs, doing maps and doing your Beastmen dailies/daily roulette.

if that was the case. Then Why would a FC have to pay another 850k just to make another room in a house they dipped 1.7m, 15m, or 47m on?
