Question about crafting HQ Silver brocade for turn in quest

I did most the turn in items using nq fish soup to raise my cp, skipped the innovation step and most the time I was at 100% but sometimes I got as low as 70%,

so long as you meet the craft and control requirements this will work even with patricians, however you may fail more with bare minimum stats.
even if you fail though its ok as you can turn them in for more fish soup.

oh and I didn't use patricians as I full melded af gear before patch on all classes.

oh and I disagree I wuld go for the headgear first as it will help if your having problems.

I use my good and excellent procs wisely. As for terminus putty I don't really care if it HQs or not. There is no guaranteed way to HQ regardless of gear anyways. As long as my 3 star synths start at 6% or higher I'm pretty much in the clear for 100% HQ. I have 338 CP so things get messy if I fail 3 or more hasty touches. I usually pop reclaim if that happens.

That's a pretty big gamble if you ask me, relying on less than 3 HT fails & being under CP for most commonly used rotations seems kinda scary + 10% reclaim fail chance. Do you use ToT on goods during SH2/WN?
