If you have Eos out, she should be in Obey and you should be managing her cooldowns. So, if you're relying on her to do "most of the work" you're not doing your job. At all.

And if you play with Scholars that do less healing than their fairies, you're either doing really easy content or their co-healer is doing more work than they should have to.
