[PC] FFXIV Launcher error

I'm having the exact same issue. So do I just keep trying and hope it lets me on or what?

Can't agree more, I was kinda frightened when I saw the patch volume this afternoon and I believed at first that there might also be a patch last week (since I hadn't logged in for a whole week). In fact my update to 2.25 turned out to be a success but I still got problem with the launcher when I was logging out after a few hours' playing. What's more, having a different error code (-2140077934) as all yours cannot stop me from worrying about my account security...
