No, you'll steel need some ingots and rivets here and there I think but those can be bought on market. Main components for Carpenter is still lumber however.

Just wanted to do some quick update, i am around lvl 37 in every DoH and DoL as of now and have only spent around 100k, it is pretty easy and relaxed to farm everything i need to craft HQ gear, i spend around 60 leves per 10 lvl cycles then lvl DoW and DoM while these refill, been pretty effective so far. In case someone is interested in parallel leveling DoH it has taken me 3 weeks (playing 3 hours daily) to get them all from 1 to 37, i am expecting to reach 50 in 3 more weeks. Cheers
