What I don't understand is this why don't they acknowledge there is a problem and answer us.
probably because they don't know how to fix it

I agree, but it doesn't seem like they respond to anything on here, do they? I saw the other posts were moved to "Currently Reviewing" so that's at least a mild acknowledgement.
I have to slightly dis agree here. Better acknowledgement would be, merging threads with the similar issue so ppl dont have to start a new thread. Better yet, start closing threads down with the same issues but leaving a post in the thread stating where other ppl have the same issue so there can be a "go to " thread. Instead there's multiple threads everywhere with these issues, dcing and launcher. Some thread/posts end up in "currently being addressed" and some end up in "separate support needed". This send mixed signals as well can dis-encourage players when some of those exact same posts/threads that deal with the same issue as those end up in "currently being addressed" are being put in a section basically saying "call tech support cause its probably your net"

I am almost cancelling my pre-order. I missed the open Beta because of this stupid error, and now I can't get into the early access.
I did manage to get this thing to work during the closed Beta... But I had to delete everything from my system, rebuild the PS4 database, then download everything and after a few tries it worked.
WOOT I am in :)
