Leveling without Leves?

I leveled fisher to 50 the hard way on my alt. As a mater of fact about after she hit fisher 50 I discovered she hadn't even unlocked levequests...

Her DoW and DoM are both at 33 still.

So its doable.

For that mater I did most of the leveling on my Miner and Botanist without levequests. Used the allotments mostly on crafting.

Except fishing, definitely use leves for fishing, since most of the fish involved you make a profit buying nq off the market board to trade in.

Yes you are correct I forgot fishing :) I did some leves for fishing and made nice profit as I was returning HQ fish I catch myself, and triple leves were wonders :)
