Summoner
*Raise the potency of Enkindle abilities by 100-200 or add DoT & debuff properties that last 30-45 seconds.
*Make Miasma II's AoE center around the target rather than the caster.
Scholar
*Raise the potency of Succor to narrow the gap between it and Medica II. AoE damage like Tumult can be very difficult to heal through in a SCH/SCH party even with Sacred Soil.
*Allow Leeches to remove Petrify, Confuse, and Hysteria.
Summoners
Egi removed. Replaced with actual Primal avatars of proper size.
Dragoon
Jump removed. Wyvern pet added added instead.
Guaranteed to reduce Dragoon death rates by 90%.
Monk
Arm of the Destroyer potency increased to 100.
Rockbreaker potency increased to 160.
Now they wont be overlooked for quick run parties.

Give ranged classes (currently Bard but more in the future) a new LB.
Black Mage could use a minor boost to it's damage. while they are AoE kings it means nothing in endgame most of the time. they are only second to last on single target dmg and that is before movement comes into play. interupting a spell is always a big dmg loose. lowering scathe potency in 2.1 was unnecessary as well. more survivability through mana wand/ward is fine but in the first place blm are there to dps and not to show off how they can take mountain buster to the face
The only thing monks would be good with is some sort of ranged rotation which most likely will never happen
and arm of the destroyer and rockbreaker needs a higher potency.
