i would like Tab(sort of like chat window) where i can quickly see Gears only by pressing the Gear tab, Weapons tab, Edible Tab etc.

2 Retainers are not enough if u have all the classes level'd and collect HQ version f ingredients, on one retainer, i have about 80% of the ingredients in game as +3, one the other i keep my Unique/Rare items obtained from Events or Beastcoins etc, Need Mog Locker/Safe/House! ... err mannequins? Artifacts!! err, its just gonna be chains of stuff i want if i go this way lol.
I figured this would be a cool and unique thing but I guess not ... /close thread ...

I disagree. Most other games I've played don't store equipped items in your inventory, since you are wearing them. It's a silly paradox when your bag/inventory contain all the items you are outwardly wearing. It should be more like other games IMO, where items you are wearing aren't in your inventory. If they had separate inventories for normal items then equipment, that would solve everything in my opinion. 65 or so of my slots are mostly items I have between all my classes. Based on the repair systems in game, a lot of people aren't left with much choice. :|
What about multiple jobs sharing gear?
I seem to do fine with 1 of each weapon (2 for classes I aim on ranking alot), 1 of each tool (minus, fishing gear and CUL gear) and 2 secondary tools and I all the clothing and stuff... I find stuff that favors as many classes as possible.
After all that is where I manage all my crafting items
