I am not having an darn luck. I am at 5% now on the launcher

This issue was happening to me in phase 1 too. It's extremely irritating because no mentioned fixes actually work and there has been barely any support from square enix.
I have a feeling it could either be problems with internet connection or hard drive malfunctions for a select few ps4 owners.
I believe this because the is not the only ps4 game I've had problems with. Nearly all of them have had installing errors and loading errors.
It took me 6 tries to get MGS5 working after downloading it over and over.

I have been doing this all darn day. This is getting to be pain in butt

We have a bunch of games already installed and that are working just fine. It's the launcher that it's stopping at.

re downloading worked for me. maybe a file was corrupted last tme. a wired connection might help

I re download about 4 times. I do have a wired connection.

How are you guys even re-downloading it? When I go back to it, it tells me "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): You already own: - Open Beta 2 Entitlement"

Alright everyone, I have finally fixed the problem.
After talking to Sony's support over the phone I realized the problem boils down to internet connection.
The support rep had me do a internet connection test on my PS4 several times in a row to determine the consistency of my download and upload rates.
To my surprise, my rates were severely inconsistent, fluctuating between Mbts and Kbts.
He suggested that I either isolate my PS4 so it was the only device connected to my router or try it at another person's house.
So I went next door to my neighbor's house and tried downloading the game again.
This time however, it worked on the very first try.
The game was able to download and instal then update perfectly with no error codes.
So now I can thankfully play, after downloading the game over a dozen times in two different beta phases.
This has made me realize that my ISP is giving me a faulty connection and I need to have them come check it out.
So my advice to everyone, try changing your internet connection!!
