The Transferring Hotbar and Macro Settings button on PS4 gives an error

Yup, going back to PS3 and clicking the button there exported the data to the server and allowed me to import on PS4. Still, would be nice if instead of an error code there were instructions along those lines.

Then tough luck I guess? All of the hotbar and other data is stored locally on the ps3 hdd.
