Yep they "fixed" it.

I was "cheating' the roulette
Having not opening CM, HM and Pharos allowed me to do High Level roulette with only AK and WP as the only ones I'll get.

Could you show a screenshot of the achievement you have for Pharos Sirius fully mapped?
If you really have completed it fully, and it still insists on ???, you should file a bug...

If you are seeing the ??? That means you haven't done the quest to unlock Pharos.
