Weathered Noct is the armor you buy with the new Solidary tomes. Myth will become like Phio and have no cap on it and Solidary will become the new Myth with a 450 limit per week that you can farm.
I am not sure where the "sands of time" come from to upgrade Weathered Noct to level 110, might be a rare drop or something along those lines that you have to farm. Might be another item you have to buy with Solidary Tomes.
My first upgrade is going to be the Chest piece for sure armor wise, I will also try and make the crafted helm as I could overmeld five materia into that and get a little bit of a stat boost from the Valor crown. I will probably do that on my other pieces till I can afford more Noct stuff.

EDIT: oh and also, both pally and war share the same soldiery gear?
No new crafted accessories, which makes me sad but there will be Weathered items, upgraded Weathered and then High Allagan. All the Weathered will cost 375 Solid tomes, upgraded weathered will require the old version plus a "sands of time", High Allagan will come from coil turns 6-9.
Stat wise it seems weathered will be 18 vit and the upgraded and allagan counterpart will have 21 vit so definitely a nice hp boost on them. As for Pally and Warrior, it seems they share the same soldiery gear, each piece has "Requires GLA MRD PLD WAR" on it.
That seriously sucks...... To be honest, I'd rather a seperate loot table for pally and warrior but the same pieces for solidery gear. Having to roll against another person seriously makes my blood boil (although thankfully my other tank pal has the worst luck in rolls), and it's not mirrored with the dps classes!
