How were these stats discovered? When I check the web-based items database and mobile app, they have yet to be updated. Thanks for the info.

Here are the stat comparisons for new i110 Monk WITH OUT WEAPON.

High Allagan
VIT: 197 +2856 hps
STR: 240
CRIT: 104
DET: 81
ACC: 113
Skill S: 96

Gloam
VIT: 197 +2856 hps
STR 240
CRIT: 98
DET: 93
ACC: 117
SKILL S: 80

Ill crunch more here in a few depending on how popular the thread gets.

Where is all the crit rate for bard? looks like crafted gear for me

MND: 240
CRIT: 82
DET: 56
SPELL S: 110
PIE: 115
VIT: 176 +2552 hps

Daystar
MND: 240
CRIT: 119
DET: 65
SPELL S: 76
PIE: 105
VIT: 176 +2552 hps

Daystar looks to be more for SCH, but high Allagan: pants, choker, and braclet both have CRIT and SPELL SPEED a SCH can use.

The highest ilvl gear gives the most HP which many people believe is the most important stat in tanking.

Pretty much this. The parry rating only gives your RNG based chances of mitigating damage. Hell some attacks can't be parried appearently.

Yup and for example Blocking is currently totally useless for Ultima HM(so i assume same goes with parry), ofc parry and block are generally ideal secondary stats for tanks but in some encounters those just dont do anything if SE so chooses.

Some of these stats are really, really disappointing.
