Changing Free Company Name

I actually really agree with this. In my case, my LS from XI jumped over to XIV and one of the members created the FC without asking for input on what to call it etc. Well the FC has been going through changes and members are always coming and going and now we're stuck with a name that we don't like/ didn't choose, but don't want to leave as we have a house and many other aspects and don't feel like starting from the beginning.

Really agree with this idea, was wondering if anybody has heard anything new on this? :)

Just adding my vote to this feature, recently inherited a Rank 8 FC with few activity, but some friends are about to buy the game. I'd like to keep my FC and being able to change it's name.

My friend wants free FC renaming so he can sell his FC (house) easier. ^^;
And free renaming will be helpful for reselling FC (house) as well.
Anyway, if the renaming is not free and need to pay like fantasia, it is still no problem for him.

Yeah i would be willing to pay if need be as well.

By the time it will still take, I 'guess' you were fed-up with the silly named FC and decided to disband it?

I do like the idea of being able to change FC names, but of course would have the same restrictions of making a new FC name. BUT It should also free up the previously used name too...

SO, not to point this out but the community rep post in here was 5 months ago, WHY has this not been "looked" into and "implemented" yet?! I would really like this to become a thing since as far as researching goes I have not found anywhere that states this has become a thing.

Yeah, why don't we have any feedback on this after so many months?

After half a dozen patches we still can't change the name of FCs we have inherited?!
