For Australians servers are coming back online at 5pm Perth, WA time on the 27th.

I expect the servers to crash within 10mins when the game is back on after the ~24h maintenance.
Just like 2.1 ( servers crashed after 5mins, followed by a extra 1h maintenance )

But honestly, i wont mind at all.
It will strengthen the hype i have for this patch.
