Yeah - For as much flack as 1.0 and 1.23 get from the ARR faithful, it sure did nail down atmosphere and higher production value in certain areas. Even for a 'throwaway' version (1.23) it still had more going for it than the full-on-everyone-at-square-enix-working-on-it ARR version in just..so many areas.
