This has been tested and confirmed by a multitude of people. Go search the dragoon rotation reborn thread, there are dozens of pages discussing the matter.
Although tbf this doesnt really belong here in the tank section, as you are always going to attack from the front anyhow.

475 for turn 1-4, 484 for turn 5. No accuracy outside of Coil. Dual Haken is a lovely thing till you get the Allagan Axe. Get it.

Agreed. On Twintania when I go on my MNK alt I never miss with 460 acc, except front facing a snake (cause of movement or tank turning). There is definitely solid confirmation going around that positional accuracy is at play.

Warrior should be around the low to mid 480s as people are saying though.

Without straying too OT, I think positional accuracy is relevant throughout the entire game. I've noticed the trend while working on lower level classes, have misses when solo (front facing) but not during fates and dungeons (from rear/flank). Just my own experience since I started paying more attention.

for T5, try to get 475-483, even if you go as OT. (you never when MT gonna get 1 shot by twin DS combo, best to be prepare lol)

You can hit 485 accuracy without a single piece of loot from Coil as I show here: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/LW48 The only requirements is the Dual Haken from EX primals.

if you have gil to spare, buy HQ stuffed cabbage, it will boost 20 acc easy
