The blind leading the blind.
It is misleading to call it Technical Support then, when it is on the website for the game. I understand that a ticket can be submitted for certain types of support.
If this is "The Games" "Support" page, then someone with inside understanding of the support issues should be monitoring it, and offering solutions. If it is a "User Support Forum" then they should call it that. Not all of users are going to understand (nor do we need to) the fundamentals of server technologies for games.
No one from SE has ever emailed me back that they are working on a solution, or telling me what a solution is.
6 months is a long time to not play a game you pay for, and not get a solution for your ticket. That was the reason for my post.
