Help! Titan keeps farting me off the platform in phase 3!

You can be inside his target circle. The knockback origin is his exact center.

and for a new player who's trying to understand this mechanic, it's important to know that the knockback direction is based on your character's orientation to Titan's center. Which is exactly what he said.

Your diagram is very pretty but that is not the ideal position.

Why?
You must just stay between titan and border where max distance is ^^

Ofc ideally well positioned by tanks (but if not, it's not ur fault but tank's fault)
I know AoE come from perfect center but if you inside is target circle and nearest center u risk the random knockback calculation... you must stay near the center of titan between max distance titan <-> border

Easily is just a Radial AoE from Him

If every player new to Titan EX followed your diagram, I wonder how many times people would fall off because they thought they had to be outside of Titan's targeting circle.

Bad tank positioning does happen. Best to just be inside.
