I did that and it did not work im stuck again when i load it i log into my se account and fist it reads "please select ff xiv a realm reborn product to be registered to your square enix account then say next i hit next . 2 service account confirmation . please confirm the details of the new service account for ff arrb for ps3 .
please be warned that by registering for a new account you will b unable to import character on a diffrent platform ... and then says warning if you would like to import pre existing character data please do not select this option .. and there is no other options im going crazy lol ..thanks for all the helps guys

Ok if u haven't fixed it by now here's another from a PC check ur se service account from the mog station and make sure the account is still link correctly sounds like it's trying to make a new account instead of ur existing account
