2.16: Delay in changing cross hotbar sets

i can confirm this, playing on PS3 and i been getting the same issue since 2.16

I'm experiencing the same thing on Windows.

same thing here on windows also it does have a delay out of battle too you have to wait a second before trying to switch hotbars after pressing R2 or L2

i have same problem .. i have to double-triple click on RB using F710 Logitech gamepad ! i cant play like this need quick reaction this will cost me "wipe"

Same here. This should be fixed ASAP. Those precious split seconds that delay us in changing cross hotbars to use a certain ability may mean a wipe in frequent cases during endgame content.

Also, do keyboard + mouse players experience this too?

I too am having this issue.

Came on to see if it was just me, seems like it wasn't. Hopefully this issue can be addressed soon.
