I can verify all of those except the Inviting New Members bit (not saying it doesn't earn points, just that we're too small an FC for us to have noticed if it does or not). Levequests also earn points.

It also seems to be affected by number of members online and the level of the quest/FATE/duty being completed.

More runs : yes. Much longer : not really.
As a DPS, I have to queue for at least 15 minutes and it will take at least 30 minutes to get at most 90 myths. With my FC, i can run the Manor twice in 45 minutes for a total of 100 myths or WP 3 times.
