Not sure why anyone would need to buy anything for this. I completed the quest and ended up with enough chocolates to buy a full set. I've even got 1 chocolate left over that I'm not sure what to do with.

Indeed, I know as of yesterday those bitter chocolates were going for like 3.5k and up. Bitter chocolates indeed I'd say.
