Halatali: I can see more dangerous Fire Sprites, along with some ambitious Amalj'aa troops trying to take the place over.
Longstop: Brayflox may be held hostage by a Beast tribe unit (Sahagin or Kobold) and it is up to us to rescue him and run the Beast tribe out.

Halatali's an interesting one. The entire dungeon has tons of locked rooms and the dungeon seems to extend far beyond the last boss arena. What I hope for Halatali is that we can go down there and battle all sorts of fell beasts. (Since that's likely where not only the Ogre, but Hydra came from as well)
No idea what they could do with Brayflox, as long as we don't have to go there for Cheese again...

Brayflox: I'd love an escort mission. Like Brayflox lost something precious the last time he was there, and we need to run a gauntlet through dense jungle to keep him alive and get back to the bosses room through a different path to get his lost item. I would love to see a giant Coeurl boss that was the mother of the Coeurl you can kill for an accessory in the SM. The missing item? Yes, you guessed it: Cheese!
Halatali: I thought this was a super-bland dungeon with super-bland mechanics (aside from boss #1). But I would definitely like to see more stuff like the trash between boss 1 and boss 2 in CBM HM, where you face a bunch of mobs that come into the same room while protecting people. That was much more entertaining than just killing some mobs on the way to the next part.
Amdapor Township: I'm hoping this is an indoor-ish dungeon where you have to investigate houses and City Hall/the Library, etc.
