Change Pharos Sirius Difficulty or Remove it from Duty Roulette please......

How is PS hard? I've been to PS about 5 times now and I haven't lost once. I've only wiped to the final boss a few times, as Siren could pose a challenge if your healer is new to PS. But the earlier bosses are pushovers. The first boss - dodge attacks and kill adds is all you need to do. Second boss - once you learn not to kill all eggs on sight it's simple. Third boss is a joke that dies before you know it.

Umm, that's great if it's "so easy" for you, but the fact is, that it isn't for a lot of people. The first boss is honestly overtly difficult considering it's the first boss of the entire dungeon. And Siren is definitely hard on healers that haven't been there before or don't know what they're doing. The entire dungeon is tuned REALLY wonky. Cause then too you have that third "boss" that's really not even a boss at all, it's like killing a single trash mob.

I can understand if healers who are not up to scratch with their leeches and esunas get surprised by the last boss and wipes. But the first boss? I consider the second boss Ash from Maniac Manor Hard more movement intensive than the first boss of PS

After a couple runs this dungeon shouldn't be considered hard. Explain the mechanics and it should be fine. Make sure you burn adds on the first boss, melee DPS gets spotted egg duty on Zu, third is a tank and spank, and Siren can both be stunned and silenced so work on her Lunatic Voice and the one that lowers immunity and your set. Oh and make sure you stun/burn the crawler adds and that's all she wrote.

I might be in the small percentile but I love this dungeon and it's one of my faves. It gives me, being a dragoon, something to do on pretty much every boss. Hell I even work the stuns on the slimes so they don't divide and same with the Banish III from the corrupted elemental.

All fine and dandy.... If people wouldn't leave at the start. The dungeon isn't all that hard. Most everyone Fails at the first boss because they want to "Tank and Spank". I like doing all three hard mode dungeons, Maybe because I roll DPS a lot and the extra Myth Tomes are worth it (30mins Queue times). I can't wait to get the next HM dungeons in 2.2 going to be pretty fun.

I don't leave it because it's too hard, I leave if the DPS don't kill the adds on first boss. If three stacks are popping constantly, that's the sign of 30min debuff is better than sitting through that.

If people realised that their roles are all important and that this isn't like WoW, Pharos would not be annoying to run.

Games too hard, Make it easy so we feel like champions.

I think the biggest problem with this dungeon (or any of the new dungeons) is that the ilevel requirement for them is set way too low. For anyone who hasn't checked, the ilevel for Pharos Sirius is 48. That's lower than AF armor. I'll repeat. The ilevel requirement for Pharos Sirius is lower than the ilevel of AF gear Do any of you think a party of people in pre AF gear could even get past the first boss? Probably not.

What is even the point of the ilevel requirement if it's set that low? One would expect the old dungeons (AK and WP) to be the dungeons new level 50's grind a bit along with CM so they can get a bit of gear first before going into the new harder dungeons like Pharos Sirius; but no. Pretty much as soon as you hit 50 you can do every dungeon. What's the point of an ilevel requirement then?

So instead of providing a proper dungeon difficulty path for players, they're simply nurfing what doesn't even need a nurf in the first place.

Beat it once and never went back, not worth the giant pain in the butt for nothing.

Oh no, a dungeon that you can't faceroll through and requires a little communication.
