You've missed out one:

Did you lose aggro? > Are you f***ing sure your Shield Oath is ON??? :p

Sad there isn't a riot combo when flashing and OOM...

I've actually spammed PLD's Cure I on myself in Copperbell HM when our WHM died near the end of the first boss.
I seen this chart a few days ago and love it, it is so accurate.

Can we add shoryuken somewhere into the flow chart?
