How to optimize Healer DPS output for conflags?

If dps is targeted by conflag fireball they should perhaps delay running in a little bit and dps the conflag.

You could try three person conflags if you have 2 pets.
Put both pets in the middle , then have the person with the marker run into the pets. Cast adloquium on the person before they are hit. Should survive if they have enough hp. Though if you are dps issues they are probably undergeared.

We wish we could! But WHM cross class abilities come from Thaumaturge and Arcanist.

White mage damage against the conflags is inconsistent unfortunately due to lack of Accuracy. But pre-casting Holy into a Fluid Aura, then Stone II repeatedly. I've watched all of these spells miss on a myriad of enemies in Coil and except for Fluid Aura, the MP loss of several missed spells sucks.

Edit: Accuracy wise, you may be able to push White Mage DPS further by using crafted i70 accessories and ensuring they are melded with Accuracy up to 12. If there was a left side armoury piece to adjust, it would be the belt, which may let you push Accuracy from "Accessories" to about 72. With HQ Stuffed Cabbage, should let you push another 21 Accuracy.

You'll have sacrificed some potential Mind, Piety and a little Vitality to allow an offensive option for Coil. Still not 100% accuracy without touching another Left-side piece.

But you probably won't be seeing double Holy on spider misses or Fluid Aura misses as much as me either (I just wanted to put out the fire, why?!!! *watches ally explode*).

I really wouldn't go out of my way to slot accuracy for turn 4/5 as a healer. If conflags aren't dying fast enough (or adds in turn 4), it's most likely an issue with the dps players in your group. They could be undergeared, they could have poor dps rotations, or they could just not be paying close enough attention when the conflags come.

Both of these things can be done without healer dps assistance, and while I'm not advocating a healer avoid dps'ing (I holy t4 adds and help when I can in t5 conflags), I don't think regearing yourself to pick up dps slack is a good idea.

Cleric Stance + DoTs on target pre-casting Bane. You can drop out of Cleric Stance and Bane and the Cleric Stance DoT damage would transfer with it to the Conflag.
