Personal housing price specuation

Well for starters we know for a fact it will be MUCH cheaper then FC housing (they already stated this) so I would say AT MOST probably 1 mil.

Small 3~5 millions.
Medium 8~12 millions.
Big 18~20 millions.

Personal housing will be cheaper than Guild Housing, of course, keeping proportions. And BTW, Big house will be like medium guild house. Look forward to it.

Honestly, when it comes to my server (Leviathan), I think this is gonna be really close. Assuming there are gonna be only three tiers, and the actual size is similar, the S might be a little cheaper than 3mil. The goal was to have it be affordable, which sounds to me to be along 2mil or so. The rest seems to be fairly plausible. Again, this is just my guess for servers like Leviathan.

Easy! 625k for a large one! Who knows what the prices might be. Probably in the millions I would think.

One of the reasons they are so high now is because se can't handle the load, the high prices is to discourage people from buying.
